911 Emergency Services

Citywide provides 911 Emergency Service to hospitals contracted with FDNY. These calls are dispatched directly to our 911 ambulances by the FDNY dispatcher. 

Our highly trained Paramedics and EMT's respond to all types of 911 calls in the City of New York, and provide emergency care with integrity and professionalism.

These units are supervised directly by the FDNY and are staffed and equipped to the specifications of the New York City Fire Department.
